The Hawaii Foster Care Connections App resource has been funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS). DHS contracted service provider, the Statewide Resource Families Support Services Program at Catholic Charities Hawaii coordinates the app to serve and support the DHS resource caregivers, adoptive, and guardianship families across the state.
